I acquired this specific domain on November 22, 2023, for the needs of my global proposal https://global-pdn.com , which concerns the creation of a global website, as a central hub, to find and approach all online stores through which mainly multinational and secondarily national and local companies sell the food and living products they produce or trade, all over the world.

For Mondelez Hellas S.A. and of course for Mondelez International:
In October 2018, I created an online collaboration proposal with Chipita SA on a common network for receiving orders and distributing its products: https://spanosthomas.com/snacks/el/  
I called on Mondelez to take a leadership role as a leader in its field, creating an original way to distribute food and lifestyle products, through online stores, so that even the most remote and small point of sale can source its products directly from multinational companies.
I communicated this to its executives, especially the senior executives with whom I had contact for the creation of the online stores I was creating, such as https://spanos.supply/.

In January 2022, Mondelez acquired Chipita and gained the autonomy to distribute its products through Chipita's distribution network. It is certain that it was based on my presentation proposal, as my websites are known on social networks internationally and personally, as mentioned above, I have many times, having had contacts with executives of these companies, especially the senior ones, demonstrated to them this necessity.

It should be noted that:
Multinational companies, even if they are competitive, must cooperate with each other and agree on the purchase of their raw materials, the quantitative and qualitative production of their products and their distribution, because:

The now-given climate change that is worsening at a geometric rate, with the disasters it causes and combined with wars around the world, which are set to escalate in the near future, significantly limit the production of food and living products. This results in an increase in production costs and at the same time a decrease in consumption and purchasing power of people worldwide. Their profitability will not survive because, in addition to the above, supermarket chains create their own products and place them next to their own without being subject to the enormous advertising costs that multinational companies incur to make their products a necessary condition for consumers.

Mondelez not only ignored me, but:
On November 8, 2024, I was informed of a request for interim measures from Intercontinental Great Brands LLC & Mondelez Hellas S.A. through a bailiff, with the issuance of a Temporary Order before the Single-Member Court of First Instance of Athens and a hearing scheduled for November 12, 2024. On November 12, 2024, the Court session was adjourned to November 20, 2024, where I filed   my   Memorandum.

On November 21, 2024, the Court decided to temporarily deactivate my domain mdlz.gr and set a hearing on my opponents' request for March 17, 2025.

On March 17, 2025, the case was discussed and my opposing lawyers developed their unrealistic arguments, proving that they had no knowledge of the subject matter of the case. I also presented my positions orally and in writing, enlightening the court with evidence and examples about the reality that governs everything related to websites and internet addresses - domains. I also submitted to the court a new memorandum in support of my case.

On March 20, 2025, I sent to the Court through my lawyer a written Addendum answering the questions of the President of the Court and satisfying the interest he showed in the case.
With the same written addendum, I also informed the court of the unfounded, unrealistic positions of my opponents' lawyers during the hearing.

On November 3, 2025, by decision number 6693/2025 of the Single-Member Court of First Instance of Athens, the Court rejected the application of Intercontinental Great Brands LLC and Mondelez Hellas S.A.

It is worth noting that the hired lawyer of Mondelez Hellas S.A. repeatedly asked me to voluntarily assign my domain mdlz.gr to her company without mentioning any payment for this.
Intercontinental Great Brands LLC and Mondelez Hellas S.A. did not recognize anything I offered them.
They owe the purchase of Chipita SA solely to me and did not think for a moment about the enormous benefits they gained from this acquisition.

Despite the above:
I extend a hand of friendship and cooperation to Intercontinental Great Brands LLC and Mondelez Hellas S.A.
I invite them to take the initiative to become the first and founding member of my proposal for the creation of a controlled Global Product Distribution Network, through https://global-pdn.com/I am at their disposal for this purpose.
My proposal comes to cover the safe distribution of products through online stores, as the upcoming expected developments are now visible that they will lead to the looting of physical stores around the world.
Difficult days are coming for humanity and someone must take care of this.
I remain firm in my above proposal.
However, if Intercontinental Great Brands LLC and Mondelez Hellas S.A. do not appreciate it and do not give in to my proposal THEN I am at the disposal of anyone who shows interest in the implementation of my project.
In this case, I will seek compensation in court in the near future for their aforementioned attitude towards me.
